Oregon’s “Eyes on Diabetes” campaign for the month of November, 2023.

OOPA members volunteered to offer free eye exams to select diabetes patients in November.

Oregon Foundation for Vision Awareness ( OFVA), in partnership with Oregon Optometric Physicians Association ( OOPA), launched a program offering no-cost diabetic eye exams and glasses to patients who otherwise could not afford care. EOD

“Eyes on Diabetes”, the program was available at participating locations throughout the state in alignment with  American Diabetes Month activities.
