Multidisciplinary, community-governed Community Health Centers deliver comprehensive health services, address health disparities, and improve access to care for the underserved. Working with the National Association of Community Health Centers, the AOA is improving patient access to eye and vision care services at Centers within the U.S. Presently, only about 18 percent provide in-house optometric services. InfantSEE®
InfantSEE® is a public health program designed to ensure that eye and vision care becomes an integral part of infant wellness care to improve a child’s quality of life. AOA InfantSEE optometrists provide a comprehensive infant eye assessment within the first year of life as a no-cost public health service. Oregon Foundation for Vision Awareness (OFVA)
The Children’s Vision 1-3-5 program is part of the kids welcome here campaign for children ages 1 - 18, a commitment by the Oregon Foundation for Vision Awareness to ensure that our children have the best possible eye-sight and vision skills for their educational years and future lives.
If you do not have vision insurance and can not afford the cost of routine eye care, we want to help. Click on the link below for a vision application, our staff will attempt to match you with a no-cost insurance option. Limited adult vision services are available also.

Vision USA™
The Vision USA™ program helps 40 million uninsured, low-income working Americans and their families. It provides basic eye health and vision care services free of charge. To apply for vision assistance thru the Vision USA™ program use the following link;
